I haven’t been feeling 100% these past few days. It’s mainly due to a fishbone that’s still painfully lodged in my throat for 4 days now! I’ve already tried different remedies like stuffing my mouth (and throat) with bread, rice, bananas and swallowing like crazy, and even drinking some vinegar, but it’s no use!

Can someone help me out here? Please…

It’s my dad’s birthday today. He would have turned 58 today if he were still alive. I don’t know how much my brothers remember him, as we were still quite young when his plane went down (he was a Philippine Air Force fighter pilot) about 25 years ago. I was 6 years old then. But I still do have vivid memories of him. I guess good memories linger forever and rarely die.

I know I’ll never forget him. The happiness and love will always remain. God is good.

We were finally able to take a family vacation at Puerto Galera over the weekend. Conne has been egging me all these times to try Puerto Galera out, and so, off we went.

This was sort of a post-valentine date, family vacation and celebration (Conne’s promotion to manager-lvl2) – rolled into one – event.

Conne, CJ and I had lots of fun. And we thank the Lord for giving us the opportunity to have a safe and wonderful trip.
